Joe Reyna became part of Modtown Realty Group on March 1, 2014, working and training with D Magazine top realtor groups in DFW. Prior to his career in real estate, Joe was a U.S. Army Veteran who was awarded a Bronze Star with Valor and two Purple Hearts. Today Joe lives by the values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal service, and weaves them into his client relationships. His past has motivated him to be one the best realtors in DFW. Among his licenses and certification are (MRP) Military Relocation Professional, (RENE) Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Real Estate Investment, and other SAE Courses.
As one of the top producers in his office, Joe prides himself on building new client relationships by door knocking, finding amazing deals for investor clients and helping sellers get top dollar for their homes. He remains active in his community and was recently awarded the Key to the City of Mesquite by Mayor Monaco. Brandon Foster is an Arlington, Texas native and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a BS in Learning Development while lettering in Football. Brandon was a member of the 2005 BCS National Champions football team that beat USC. Brandon thrives in a competitive atmosphere and serves his clients with the same attitude.

Born and raised in Missoula, Montana, Howie grew up enjoying many outdoor activities, especially fishing and camping. In the mid 90s he moved to Dallas where he began his career in electronic manufacturing. After more than a decade in DFW, he decided to step away from the manufacturing industry and move to sunny San Diego with his Beagle, Newman.
In 2009, he caught the entrepreneurial bug and founded a distribution and wholesale company servicing local businesses. He later conceptualized and co-founded Blink Energy Water, a caffeinated flavored water, growing the brand into thousands of stores across 38 states, including retailers: Whole Foods, Central Market, Sprouts, Kroger, Albertsons, Shaws and Jewel.
As much as Howie loved the California sun, in 2014 he decided to return to Dallas. Howie always had an appreciation for aesthetics, real estate, and entrepreneurship so he decided to fuel those passions into a career in real estate sales.
Today, Howie is co-founder of The Burden Reed team with his business partner Nick Burden. Together they focus on investment and real estate development, residential sales and luxury homes. They specialize in new home sales, residential resale and purchase, residential development, lot acquisition, residential investment and off market opportunities.
Alex was born and raised on the outskirts of Dallas in nearby Kaufman County. As a kid, he remembers “going into the city” on weekends and school field trips. His interest in real estate was sparked from a young age growing up in the home building industry. His father worked as a sub-contractor for Centex Homes and his Mom worked and still works as a private lender. He spent every summer “on the job” with his Dad observing homes being built from start to finish. Alex’s summer “playground” was an unfinished subdivision and his “toys” consisted of plywood, 2x4’s, insulation, roofing, compressors and home building tools. He’d also tag along every weekend touring homes for sale with his Mom.
He attended the University of North Texas and received a degree in Radio, Television and Film Communications. After graduating, Alex entered the advertising sales industry as the National Sales Assistant for CBS Television Stations. There he familiarized himself with contracts, overcoming objection, building relationships and most importantly how to sell “the intangible.”
In 2008, he moved to Los Angeles and worked in multiple industries proving to be a chameleon. Alex’s creative skills were utilized as a member of the song production team, The Go Gettas, signed to Riptide Music Group. His vocals, melodies and lyrics have been heard on E!, TV Land, Oxygen, SpikeTV, VH1 and MTV. Aside from television, he has placed songs with recording artists overseas in Japan and in the UK. The relationships he made in music have allowed him to work and be seen in music videos featuring Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert, Jojo, MetroStation and the cast of 2009’s “Fame.”
Alex’s sales abilities were tested and strengthened when he added Property Management to his resume and joined the Apartment Industry. Los Angeles provides a clientele that is ultra high-end, requiring attention and a strong presence. As a leasing professional in the apartment industry, Alex was able to turn the toughest prospect into his best friend. People fell in love with his southern charm, approachable demeanor and the wide scope of knowledge he offers.
Seven years later, Alex and his fiancé decided to call Dallas home. Alex immediately acquired his real estate license, increased his knowledge of the DFW market and closed more than 45 leases and home sales in his first year practicing. Alex brings with him a well-rounded knowledge of the DFW area, a home builders eye, a network of vendors needed in the home sales process, people skills, creative marketing ideas and the ability to make you laugh. Andi Snelling has lived in Dallas and the surrounding area since she was a young girl. Coming from a family of 6 children, she has a strong family support system and enjoys spending quality time with her family as often as possible. Her passion for real estate was inspired from watching her aunt become a successful realtor selling beautiful homes and working her way up to obtaining a successful client base. In 2009, Andi pursued this passion and obtained her real estate license while still working as a business analyst for local start-ups. As a business analyst, Andi focused on business processes and diligently worked to see these companies through great success. Andi has used this same work ethic to helping others find a home and helping make their dreams a reality.
