Rockwall’s Summer Concerts and Events

It is time for Rockwall’s annual Concert by the Lake, a summer-long series of music performers of live, tribute, and variety bands! The concerts all take place at the Harbor Amphitheater on the unparalleled Lake Ray Hubbard and begin at 7:30pm. Rockwall guests bring blankets and chairs to enjoy this wonderful live music lakeside. As a part of their “Go Outside and Play” campaign, the Rockwall Parks and Recreation department puts on this incredible concert every year, and the best part is, this event is free! Just come by Lake Ray Hubbard at 7:30pm and enjoy the line up of wonderful performers. The concerts take place each Thursday night until July 21st. Break out your foldable lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and dancing shoes to this wonderful festival.

Saturday, June 4th, is National Trails Day, and in honor of this special day, the Parks and Rec department hosts the Squabble Creek Volunteer Work Day where the Rockwall community gathers together to help keep their beautiful and scenic city clean! Become one of Rockwall’s VIPs (Volunteers in Park) and enjoy the gorgeous place you hike through with your family.

If you have kiddos at home, it’s not too late to sign them up for RBSL, the Rockwall Baseball Summer League! Starting in early June, the RBSL begins their three-week tournament that welcomes fans and players. Don’t worry about the brutal Texas heat–the entire tournament is at night to avoid that scorching sun! The RBSL Tournament will take place at the Leon Tuttle Athletic Complex.

Rockwall is an intimate community that offers an event for everyone of any age–take advantage of the woodsy paradise around you, attend one of the many concerts this summer, or support the local baseball league!
