  • Service all inquiries and complaints. We promise to respond promptly and will keep a detailed record of all communications.
  • Collection of all rents and fees, including rent, association fees from owners, parking fees and coin-operated income. We will follow up on delinquent accounts as required.
  • Property leasing, including advertising and showing units, screen applicants, execute leases and collect and manage security deposits.

  • We will provide monthly financial reporting and provide documentation of all accounting transactions.
  • Handle the eviction process in the case that a tenant defaults
