| Trey Kline began his career when he graduated with a B.B.A. in
Professional Selling from Baylor University in 2002 and then proceeded
to sell $4.5 Million in real estate for Pulte Homes in his first year
out of college. After a few years as a new home sales counselor, Trey
decided to return to school to earn his Masters of Science in Real
Estate which he accomplished in 2008. During his graduate studies
Trey worked for a boutique private equity firm in Colleyville, Texas
named Realty Capital Partners where he handled acquisition analysis,
underwriting and asset management duties in the company's Investment
Manager division. Shortly after completing graduate school, Trey
decided to activate his real estate license and join Modtown Realty to
help service the growing commercial clientele and residential buyer
representation segments of the company's business.
In his free time Trey enjoys traveling, cooking, the company of close
friends and participating in most sports including snowboarding, golf,
tennis and basketball. |
