| Co-owner Donald Eley has vast experience in Residential & Commercial Sales, Leasing & Property Management. Licensed in both the states of Texas and California, Donald splits his time between Dallas and Los Angeles, working closely with partner Drew Colon to open new offices in Austin, Houston & Los Angeles.
Prior to Modtown, Donald owned and operated two independent record labels, releasing more than 120 titles over eight years, and procuring international distribution. He remains active in music publishing, production and performance, and when he manages to find spare time enjoys traveling and surfing.
